What's new with Ipad?

Apple shares rose 43 cents to close at $530.69 Wednesday.....it tells a lot about the excitement new ipad has generated. Cat is out of the bag and there is nothing earth shattering in new ipad which will make people que up outside apple stores. Most of the rumors floating in tech world have been confirmed and no big surprises. So in a nut shell what's new with ipad?
  • Crispier Display thanks to retina display already in current generation iphones...
  • Zippier processor due to  A5X processor and quad-core graphics chip
  • Voice diction which let's you to command ipad if you are not in a mood to type.
  • Access to 4g networks....
  • Some more minor feature upgrades related to applications.
If you want all of the above in your ipad, it will set you back by $499 for a Wi-Fi-only model with 16 gigabytes of storage and by $599 for a 32 GB version and $699 for 64 GB.
Unless you are an ardent apple fan...i advise to check out other promising tablets with matching features and do not require deep pockets.

iPad 3 - What's in store?

Tech world is rife with the speculations on 3rd avataar of iPad. Most of the rumor mongers do not expect it to be a game changer but will have catch up features like higher screen resolution, a faster processor and improved camera. Siri might also get introduced in this installment of the hit tablet. These changes would not lure existing users to drop legacy ipads and grab this one, but will give stiff competition to android based tablets which have better specifications than iPad2.

iPad is still the king of tablets and these upgrades (if they happen) will ensure sales momentum is maintained. Let's hope that iPad 3 has more fire power than what rumors suggest.

Is your life out of sync?

Ranbir always wears a seat belt but jump reds lights.

Govinda on his way back from gym stops buy Aggarwal sweets to have jalebis.

Shakti just celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary and is sleeping with his secy.

Tina donated big moolah at a social event and then negotiated hard with domestic help over salary.

Acts done consciously are more controlled than unconscious ones. In case we are trying to build a good habit  or trying to shun a bad one, it is imperative that unconscious behavior related to these habits is also taken care. People who are mostly on autopilot find it difficult to adapt to changing environments. For instance Salman wants to be a kind and loving partner. Yet he has developed habits and reactions that mean he acts in cold or uncaring ways.

If we are aware of our auto pilot reactions its easier to bridge these gaps and bring them into alignment.
